Last 10 Songs Recently Played on My Ipod

Apologies for the delayed post today. It's been quite the busy one. Since every Tuesday new music is released, I figured I would look at my “Recently Played Playlist” and do a music post and what’s more current in music tastes than what’s playing on my iPod. My iPod is my number one technological accessory, more so than my blackberry. So you may find some of the choices a blast from the past and some out of your range but go to your iTunes and download some if they just happen to catch your fancy.
* "Glory Box”, Portishead-They are always on heavy rotation on my iPod, why because I revel in sad bastard music and Portishead is my fave for it. Their new CD comes out in April 28, 2008 and their going to be touring in the
* “Wishing Well”, Terence Trent D’Arby-This #1 hit from 1988, is a constant fixture on my iPod. I love it! “Kissing like a bandit stealing time”, one of the best lines ever.
* “Thug n U Thug n Me”, 2Pac-I love the songs that Pac does to the ladies when he gets all thugged out. This is a good dance track too, and by “dance”, I mean the type on a pole or in the privacy of your own home.“Now I can't wait to get you home, get you all alone, in my bedroom, baby can we bone, and get it on”.
* NEW “The Best Revenge”, Fischerspooner-It’s been 2 years since this funky electro-pop group came out with something and they did not disappoint.
* NEW “Happiness”, Goldfrapp-Their new album isn’t as dancefloor heavy as the previous, but this new sound suits them well. I love the relaxed vibe of this song.
* “Since I’ve Been Loving You”, Corinne Bailey Rae- Hard to top the original version done by Zeppelin but I love this song. LOVE this song.
* “Go Ahead”, Alicia Keys-Yes, it’s a kiss off song and its one of the best of her multi-platinum CD. This is on heavy rotation right now.
* “So Fine”, Guns N Roses-One of my fave GNR songs, Lead vocals/lyrics by Duff off the Use Your Illusion II CD. This song brings back good memories. Slower than most of the GNR stuff, good piano and break. Keep holding your breaths for “Chinese Democracy”, its on an indefinite hold.
* “Blow the Whistle”, Too $hort-I think $hort was the original rapper to use “bitch”, then Snoop (also from the Bay area caught on). I also love it because my girl loves joining in on the line “Whats my favorite word (bitch). Why they gotta say it like short (bitch)”
* “What’s a Girl to Do”, Bat for Lashes-CREEPY video!! Whatever you do, do not look at the rabbit creature on the bike. The CD is pretty good. She’s like a cross between Bjork and Thom Yorke.
